We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, the dates and house you ask about, and anything you write in the message field. We use this information to respond to you and, where you have asked to hear from us, to send occasional news about the houses and Hawks Nest. Enquiries are passed to Tea Gardens Real Estate Holidays, who manage bookings for both houses, so they can confirm availability and rates with you. The site is hosted by Wix, and some of our providers hold data outside Australia. We do not sell personal information. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop any communication, by contacting Tea Gardens Real Estate Holidays on 02 4997 1300 or stay@teagardensrealestate.com.au. All bookings, payments, cancellations, security deposits and house rules are handled by Tea Gardens Real Estate Holidays under their booking conditions, which you accept when you book with them. We keep the site accurate, but availability, rates and property details can change without notice and the agency's listing prevails where the two differ. Neither house takes pets, both have a no-party policy, and bed linen and towels are not supplied. Content on the site, including photographs and text, belongs to Two Waters Stays and may not be reused without permission. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
